●Anti-wear hudraulic oil iS recommended.1l。S V i S C O S i t Y r a n g e:1 0~1 0 0 C S t f 1.8~1 3。E),recommended viscosity 24cSt(500c)
●Filtration:the filtration rating shouldn。t be lower than 25 U m,a filter with filtration rating of 70-150 U m
should be fitted an inlet port and its rated flow more than twice of that of the pump.
●Temperatu re range:ambient temperature 20-70 ~C; operating temperatu rel 0-60~C.
●Fire resistance fluid Special seal should be used when using fi re resistance fluid;for rated pressu re and max.speed Of the pump, refere to that in the main performance data lable.
●Foot and frame for pump must be reliable.solid and good in vibration absorbence.
●Horizontal mounting is recommended to maintain necessary case fluid level.Concentricity of shafts between pump and motor is important to pump life and should be within击0.1 mm.Radial or axial load cannt be applied on pump shaft and a flexible coupling should be used and rigid linkage not permited.
●To reduce noise and vibration of system caused by trapped air, attachment flange at inlet port, all fittings and piplines must be strictly sealed.
●Before starting the pump.you should check if the inlet and outlet have been correctly connected and the rotation of the pump is in line with the arrow in the nameplate. To prevent the pump frOm cavitation caused by the fi rst stating or stopping run for a longer
time.ai r should be bled frOm the pump delivery line. This may be accomplished by loosening a connection in the delivery line close to the pump.An air bleed valvs is available for this pu rpose. When starting, the pump should be repeatly jogged without any load. After the pump may normlly run,it can be actually primed.
●Suction lift of pump shouldn。t be higher than 500mm. The cartridge kit design of VPV、VPVQ and SQPV series vane pumps offers fast and efficient field serviceability. When repalcing the cartridge kit, seals inside the pump should be ckecked to avoid lhem crimping;when tighting the fastenting screws, they should be treated with even force in diagonal
direction
